Terms of Engagement

Please review these Terms of Engagement ("Terms") meticulously before operationalizing the FBVerse Bot architecture (the "Service") operated by FBVerse Bot ("us", "we", or "our").

Your authorization to deploy the Service is contingent on your acceptance of and compliance with these Protocol Standards. These Terms represent the binding agreement for all agents, users, and tactical partners who access the Service.

By initiating the Service, you signify your alignment with these Terms. If you disagree with any segment of these protocols, your authorization for deployment is revoked.

01. Service Deployment

FBVerse Bot provides high-frequency automation tools engineered for Facebook Marketplace orchestration. By deploying our Service, you agree to:

• Deploy the Service in technical alignment with platform governance.
• Refrain from using the Service for non-authorized or illegal activities.
• Prohibit unauthorized extraction, reverse engineering, or modification of the source architecture.
• Secure your encryption keys and prohibit unauthorized access to your station.
• Accept full operational accountability for all activities originating from your credentials.

02. Operational Constraints

While our Service is engineered to automate marketplace orchestration, we cannot guarantee total immunity from platform-side analysis or restrictions. Facebook's detection algorithms are dynamic. FBVerse Bot accepts zero liability for any countermeasures, account restrictions, or asset bans resulting from your deployment of automation protocols.

03. Financial Protocols

Select components of the FBVerse architecture require subscription authorization. Billing is executed in advance on a recurring cycle based on your selected deployment tier. Authorized credits and subscription fees are non-refundable.

Subscriptions undergo automatic sync at the end of each cycle unless deactivation is requested prior to the renewal timestamp.

04. Beta Access (Free Trial)

At our tactical discretion, we may offer beta access or trial periods. Trial duration and constraints will be specified at the point of ingestion.

05. Refund Disclaimers

Due to the intangible nature of digital software licenses, all transactions are classified as Final and non-refundable.

06. Proprietary Architecture

The Service, including its core logic, UI design, and operational features, remains the exclusive property of FBVerse Bot. Unauthorized use of our trademarks, branding, or proprietary scripts is strictly prohibited.

07. Liability Limitations

In no tactical scenario shall FBVerse Bot or its developers be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to platform bans, loss of profits, or data corruption.
